The custom level is not for monetization and will not generate revenue. However, people have to buy the game to play it. Because of this, custom levels for ADOFAI and Rhythm Doctor can indirectly benefit 7th Beat Games. To reduce related misunderstandings and ensure maximum clarity, we introduced the verified artists’ list program.
We believe that, to use someone's property, the owner needs to know when, where, and how those assets will be used and how they can control that use. Our system was created as part of an effort to make this as much a reality as possible.
The verified artists program, launched in February 2020, is a system designed to help music artists protect their rights, while making things easier for custom level creators. By January 2025, over 2,000 artists had been verified thanks to players’ help.
This document will guide you through the process of getting their permission!

Devs will not intervene in the process unless artists ask devs for assistance directly.
If devs request permission on players’ behalf, it would be the same as asking for their songs for free. All permission is obtained by players for unofficial use.
