Introduction
We, 7th Beat Games, want to encourage creativity while respecting creators’ rights. To achieve this goal, we set a series of rules that Users should comply with.
Failing to act responsibly and comply with these rules may result in consequences such as receiving a DMCA takedown notice or having your UGC banned.
By creating UGC using our Services, you agree to these Rules. If you do not agree, do not share your UGC with someone else.
- 7th Beat Games does not own or supervise any UGC. 7th Beat Games does not regularly review UGC but does reserve the right (not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any UGC.
- Users own the rights to the content they create. Users are and shall remain solely responsible for any UGC they produce. 7th Beat Games and its affiliates take no responsibility and assume no liability for any UGC.
- To the extent that Users want to share their UGC with others, Users grant 7th Beat Games a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, host, copy, store, and use their UGC to the extent necessary to continue to make that UGC available. Intellectual property rights are still held by the User or third party who owns the content. To revoke this license, unshare the UGC in question.
- If any part of these Rules is determined to be invalid under any law, the other provisions will remain in effect. If any part of these Rules is determined to be invalid or revoked with respect to a particular User, these Rules will remain in effect with respect to other Users.
- 7th Beat Games reserves the right to decide, at our discretion, what content violates the Rules and what will not be permitted.
