• have an original A Dance of Fire and Ice copy from itch.io
• clear 1-X to reveal the Neo Cosmos portal. </aside>

On Windows & Linux:

1. Download and extract neo-cosmos-win.zip in a folder called Bundles.
2. Place this Bundles folder in the same folder where A Dance of Fire and Ice.exe is located.

On Mac:

Because of macOS security measures, apps downloaded from websites like itch.io may have limited behavior by the operating system, including loading Neo Cosmos properly. We heavily recommend downloading both ADOFAI and Neo Cosmos from the itch.io official app to make this work! Otherwise, you may get unintended errors that can lead to ADOFAI not recognizing Neo Cosmos. This guide will cover the manual install.
