You may be wondering what criteria we use to find exclusive songs. Here are factors that make songs exclusive or not.
Exclusives
Exclusives are the content that has been specifically created for their respective content (defined as “originals”) or under exclusive license contracts. As such, artists may not have full rights to them.
Exclusive songs are identified when:

- NoCopyrightSounds asks any game to obtain their commercial license, regardless paid or not.
- It has not appeared in any rhythm game other than its origin or other games have collaborated with it.

These are relatively easy to get permission as the artist has full rights to them.
