Valve will issue a refund for any reason for games, within two weeks of purchase and with less than two hours of playtime.

You can request a refund through Google Play if the purchase is less than 48 hours.

Google Play will decline your refund request after the 48-hour time window. In that case, simply contact us! We may issue refunds for Google Play orders made less than 30 days after purchase.
Please email us ([email protected]) with your receipt. You can also find your receipt through Google Pay.
