Issues that arise because of having a low speech rate, such as sentences still being narrated while the game has moved on, are likely not necessary to fix.

Mispronunciations by vocal synthesizers are also not likely to be necessary to fix. Synthesized speech in screen readers is not intended to be a perfect imitation of natural speech and language, but rather a tool to deliver information at high speeds; experienced screen reader users will understand the intended meanings.
