I wanted to reach out to you to ask for your thoughts on creating unofficial custom levels using your music in two rhythm games, "A Dance of Fire and Ice" and "Rhythm Doctor". You can find more information about these games on their website: https://7thbe.at The game developers are asking for explicit permission when making custom levels, so I would like to ask for your thoughts.

1. General

• I'm not affiliated with the game developers. Custom levels will remain unofficial unless a formal contract is signed.
• The games are commercial, but custom levels do not generate revenue.
• We will credit you in the level title and description.
• You can set any terms and restrictions on what can or cannot be used (original, remix/bootleg, record label, etc.).

2. Redistribution & Modification

• The level will be shared on Steam Workshop: https://steamcommunity.com/app/977950/workshop/ and https://steamcommunity.com/app/774181/workshop/
• The level package will include your song in lossy OGG format. Please let me know if you are concerned about redistribution.
• Songs may be cut or slightly edited for gameplay (e.g., removing long intros/outros, making tutorials). Edits will not significantly change the characteristics of your song. You can deny such modifications.

3. Managing your permission

• This permission is based on good faith. There’s no need to sign any document.
• You may edit or revoke your permission anytime by contacting 7th Beat Games staff ([email protected]). Please tell them your thoughts on keeping or deleting the remaining levels.
